This teleconsult service allows our current patients and new patients to connect with our doctors during clinic operating hours for non-emergency consults.

The respective doctor will give you a call back at the appointed time.

After the consultation has completed, we will Email/WhatsApp your details to make payment.

Step 3: Medications

We can either provide you with a medical prescription that you can fill out or arrange for delivery.

Similar to the in-clinic consultation, the consultation fees are as follows:

Standard Consult is RM35

Non-Standard Consultation is from RM55

FAQS ON DTAP TELECONSULT

Q1: WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO USE DTAP TELECONSULT?

Existing patients and new patients of DTAP Clinics for non-emergency consultations.

Q2: WILL MEDICAL CERTIFICATES (MC) BE ISSUED?

Medical certificates can be issued at the doctors’ discretion.

Q3: HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

After the consultation, we will Email/WhatApps the payment details. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer

Q4: HOW DO I GET MY MEDICATION?

We can either provide you with a prescription that you can fill out at your convenience or arrange for delivery

Q5: CONDITIONS SUITABLE FOR TELECONSULT?

Conditions that require emergency medical attention are not suitable for teleconsult.

Q6: WILL THERE BE A PRESCRIPTION FEE?

No.
